Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  The owner of Discovery Auto Services  has not answered my complaint, which is: I was promised genuine Acura parts on my car and they installed cheap imitation parts.I don't believe there is any time limit for being reimbursed by a repair shop for imitation parts they installed on my Acura.Mr. Quang D[redacted], I am accusing you of cheating by putting imitation parts on my car and you are trying to tell me there is a warranty that has run on your cheating. I had a lot of trouble driving my car and I gave you three chances within one year's time to make it right, and you did absolutely NOTHING WITHIN ONE YEAR! Now, you need to answer my complaint.  You cheated me by putting cheap, imitation parts on my car and not the genuine Acura parts as you promised. Plus you hid behind the Revdex.com sign to cheat me and who knows how many other good people. . . . .  I'll give you a last chance to reimburse my hard working money for putting the cheap imitation parts on my car and my time from work.  If you choose not, you are not as smart as you think you are. [redacted]

It has been over one year since we did work on Ms. [redacted] brakes. We have a one year warranty on our services, however, that one year guarentee is now over.  We do not plan on returning her money at this point because it is over one year and 12,000 miles. The vehicle has more than 14,000 miles on it since we have serviced the breaks.  The parts are OEM and same as what the manufacturer directly uses. They are not imitation.
