Mr *** keeps referring to things we did not do? We keep referring to thing he said he had to do to get rid of the bed bugs that he did not do? We know he did not put the heaters in the basement because he references the basement steps in one of his responses? He violated his contract before treatment even started by not treating the basement ? and now he just keeps blaming us, ? the non profit we purchased our couch from and anything elseDiscrete Heat Remediation did not complete the contract? We have paid him a total of $1,dollars for heat treatment and spray? He did not heat treat our basement even though he said it had to be done to get rid of the bugsThis is a fact that Mr *** has admitted to, ? not he said she said?

Mr [redacted] keeps referring to things we did not do.  We keep referring to thing he said he had to do to get rid of the bed bugs that he did not do.   We know he did not put the heaters in the basement because he references the basement steps in one of his responses.  He violated his contract before treatment even started by not treating the basement  and now he just keeps blaming us,  the non profit we purchased our couch from and anything else. Discrete Heat Remediation did not complete the contract.  We have paid him a total of $1,550 dollars for heat treatment and spray.  He did not heat treat our basement even though he said it had to be done to get rid of the bugs. This is a fact that Mr [redacted] has admitted to,  not he said she said.

In the issue of [redacted]. If hes willing to work with me to prevent a reinfestation. He had addmitted to me before that he had brought infected items back in after treatment. I will retreat his whole home excluding basement for 500 dollars. This is my final offer. I feel this is more than fair no other company would even do this. Thank you!
