Aloha dear Revdex.com of Hawaii team,I am writing to you because yesterday I received a complaint in the mail by the ID # *** set forth by MsGrace T*** on 2/8/17.Her complaint was regarding her order #*** on our shop website claiming that she had not received her product and had reached out times
with no response. So if I may, here is our feedback on this complaint. The day MsT*** order was placed was our first day launching the shopAs you can imagine, we got bombarded with orders and our very small team had to sort through each and every oneWhen we looked at our spam folder, we realized her email had gone to that folder as she had emailed us weeks after her purchase, although her product had already been sentAs soon as I noticed her emails, I called her immediately (at the number in her order showed in the screen shot attached) to let her know we were extremely sorry for missing her email and that her products had in fact been sent by the vendor who provides the products she orderedShe did not respond to the call, so I personally left her a message with my name, message reference and my phone number so she could get back to me at her earliest convenience in hopes that this would be the fastest and most personal method to ensure her satisfaction on the matterTil this day, she has not returned our call.I have however also, confirmed that the vendor (as our shop works through drop shipping method) did in fact send the product and MsT*** did receive the productsThe screen shot attached shows the email correspondence between the Product Vendor and MsT*** confirming she did receive the Smudge Blends ordered.Please let me know if there is anything further I can provide to assist in this process and I'm looking forward to a positive resolution to this case=)Thank you so much in advanced for your time.Kind Regards,Hugette M*** H U G E T T E M * * * * * * * * * E d I t o r - I n - C h I e f // C r e a t I v e D I r e c t o r D I s f u n k s h I o n M a g a z I n e w w w d I s f u n k s h I o n m a g a z I n e c o m * * * * * * *
