I ACCIDENTALLY MADE A DOUBLE PAYMENT TO dISHNETWORK ON aPRIL 22, I CALLED RIGHT AWAY TO ASK FOR A REFUND AND WAS ASSURED I WOULD GET ONEI WAITED SEVERAL DAYS AND DID NOT SEE THE FINDS BACK IN MY BANKi CALLED A SECOND TIME AND WAS ASSURE THAT THE FUNDS WERE ON THE WAY, THAT THE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT A WEEKI WAITED SEVERAL MORE DAYS A D STILL NO REFUNDI CALLED AGAIN AND WAS ASSURED THAT THE REFUND WAS FORTHCOMING BUT THAT IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TODAY, MAY I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT THE FUNDS HAD BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT FOR NEXT MONTHIN OTHER WORDS, THEY LIED TO ME I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR TODAY AND WAS TOLD MY FUNDS WOULD BE REFUNDED BUT THAT IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYSTHERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO I REALIZE MY ERROR WAS THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM; HOWEVER THEY LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS I HAVE MONTHS LEFT ON MY CONTRACT AND WILL BE TERMINATING AT THAT TIME (OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR EARLY TERMINATION!!!!! THAT NEWS DID NOT AFFECT THEM WHATSOEVER

This company has been a farce since the beginning. I asked before I ever got involved with them as to what the orig. charges would be after all the promo was done - I was told an amount. That is the amount I was paying. Every month I would have to call in and get this extra charge taken off of the bill - if I didn't then I would be disconnected and they wouldn't turn it back on till I paid it. You can tell according to my account notes I protested this more than once, I was promised that it would be taken care and it persisted. then all of a sudden - they have raised my bill from $142 to $165 - I called and asked what in the world was going on - I hadn't taken out any further channels or offers - they tell me they had a price hike and that I would no longer get the $20 promo it ran out and this would be my new price. No notice - no nothing. this is the poorest excuse of a company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. They do not want to retain customers - they just want money. Well, I can't afford $165 to watch 10 channels out of the top 250 programs and have internet service. I will watch dvds and get another carrier for internet what an absolute horrible, horrible company!

Dish Direct was supposed to install service at my home. After reading reviews online I changed my mind. According to the reviews all the providers were terrible and Dish was one of the worst. I decide to stick with [redacted] which is also terrible, and canceled the Dish Direct installation. Dish Direct refunded the $34 fee and I thought that was the end of it. Two weeks later Dish Direct charged $49 to my credit card. Dish Direct had no authorization to make this charge and has provided no services. Talking with their customer dis-service is a joke. Apparently I will have to settle this through my credit card company.

In response to the complaint from Ms. [redacted] regarding her Processing Fee and Gift Card from Dish Direct, When Ms. [redacted] signed up for her Dish Network Services, she was informed that her installation from Dish Network was free, however there was a processing fee from...

Dish Direct, the authorized Dish Network Retailer.  Ms. [redacted] was told that this processing fee would be collected on the day of signing up, and that she would receive the redemption voucher for her [redacted] Gift Card within 7-10 days.Ms. [redacted] gift card voucher was sent to her via email on 15 April, 2015 along with detailed instructions on how to receive this gift card.  We fully disclosed both the processing fee and the steps to obtain this gift card at the time Ms. [redacted] signed up for services and she did verbally agree to all terms and conditions.Please feel free to contact me if there are any further questions or requests.  Best regards,[redacted]Manager of Quality AssuranceClearCall Solutions/Dish Direct, **###-###-####ext.
