Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did call about this matter early on and I also told you the car and my [redacted] who is in school lives in [redacted] and I could not get it in right away.As soon as we bought it, our mechanic [redacted] out of [redacted] looked at it and told us it had a bad compressor Then the first time it was cold enough, my [redacted] told us that heater didn't workI don't NEED you to supposedly look it over ( as your sales person told us they did before we bought it) just to tell us how much it is going to cost to get it fixed [redacted] already told us.....and, we don't have that kind of moneyAgain, if your sales person was honest and told us the compressor was bad, we would have NEVER bought it living in **Where AC is necessaryApparently, you are not willing to help so please so not respond any longerYou are NOT a family business with integrity and although we have had about brand new ***'s bought through [redacted] *n [redacted] and love the product and most likely buy again new, it won't be from you and I will be letting everyone know what you did to usSaying "as is" is terrible when you assured us all was well with this carYour mechanic most defknew of this issue and never disclosed itThat is a typical used car lot's responseThank you for losing trust in " family" businesses Regards, [redacted]

Hello , We are trying to assist you but if you will not speak with the [redacted] its kind of hard to help you , we have called multiple times and your voice mail is full, we have emailed you and you have not replied The [redacted] has been trying to speak with you on your concerns First we have no way of sending you detailed instructions on how to fix your vehicle All wiring in a vehicle comes off of harnesses which connect to many components, if this is what your requesting and since you had been dealing with Kia [redacted] perhaps you could contact them but they will likely advise you of the same thing, if this could have been done or if it was a simple fix the dealer you state you went to in [redacted] times would have done this If your concern is something wasn't done right , then wouldn't it make sense to speak to the [redacted] to give us a chance to try and assist you?? We are here to try and help you but we need you to actually communicate with the [redacted] and service department to do that The [redacted] has attempted to contact you several times as we were going to offer you a free rental vehicle while we looked at your vehicle again, this way the rental is no cost to you and we can see if we can do anything else to address your concerns We apologize if there was any miscommunication or concerns with your one previous visit to our facility but we are trying the best we can to make things right, however as stated we need you to allow this Please contact the [redacted] or reply to his email( [redacted] ) if you would like us to assist you in resolving this matter Thank you

Hello, We can certainly inspect your stated ac concern and adviseThe vehicle as mentioned was sold AS IS over two months ago , so if the ac was not working this entire time we certainly would have offered to look at it earlier for youIf you would like to have the ac concern inspected please let us know and we can get you a scheduled appointment with our service department at a convenient time for youThank you

Hello, Ms [redacted] , We are sorry to hear that you did not feel your recent service visit was a positive experience First I would wonder why you did not simply speak to the [redacted] if you felt anything was not satisfactory? He would have been able to easily explain your concern but for whatever reason you chose to file a Revdex.com claim instead of speaking with us on the matter so I will do my best to reply to your statements We have seen your vehicle twice ( ***) in our history if I am correct the recent visit on 11/29/at 105,miles and once before on 07/29/at 76,miles , at both of these visits we performed no charge repairs for you and all maintenance suggestions were declined by youWe perform as a courtesy to all of our Kia customers a free Kia multi point inspection to help keep our customers informed of how their vehicle is doing, and yes a complimentary battery test is performed as well Now reading your comments it appears you are making a lot accusations that really are offensive, first whatever your financial level etcis , is not our business and really shouldn't be any businesses , no one should ever judge someone That would be very wrong in our opinion, what is advised to a customer should be the same always as far as what the business finds that they need ,now rather that consumer chooses to do the repairs is their right and option and in no way should a judged financial level be used as to what you advise a customer is needed I'm sure you understand this , as a customers safety etcshould always be the top priority of a business It is our job to list what we find and advise the consumerWe use a Kia battery tester to test a battery and your battery at the time of the test had CCA, out of a battery that is rated for CCA, and with those kind of readings we would recommend/advise a consumer to replace their batteryA battery could have low readings and last a day, week , months its impossible to gauge exactly when that battery could fail, we can only go off the information the computer gives us on readings Would it be right to simply not tell a customer and then one day, two weeks ,etc later they go to start the vehicle and it want start? Had we spoken to you on this matter we also would have advised that a battery test results can vary at different times, so another words, if you drove for a period of time and then tested the battery, it could possibly test higher as the vehicle has been given a charge from the alternator from driving as compared to if the vehicle sat overnight , short drives etcAgain we are sorry that you feel it was not a positive experience and that you state that this has negatively affected your trust in our service departmentWe will continue to always treat all customers with respect and not judge them on any level Thank you

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing any concerns with the *** *** *** you purchased. We try our best to accommodate our customers needs, and the particular vehicle you purchased was a vehicle in the range you were looking forWhile we certainly wish you were
having no concerns with the vehicle ,the *** *** with 90,miles you purchased, was sold "AS IS" We offer many newer model year vehicles, some of which would have some coverage left on them from the factory, these however generally would demand a higher premium. We do offer and advise our customers to purchase an extended warranty to help possibly offset any cost for any unforeseen repairs that may arise, you however declined this additional coverage purchase I do not know what Dealer you took it to that advised you of these things but as a courtesy we would be happy to inspect the concerns you have and advise from there any cost that would be related. Thank you and have a great New Year
