Disney Movie Rewards sent out an email advertising the *** remote control droid be Sphero, but they didn't have any in stock when they sent the ad. On 12/14/17 at 5:04 A.M. Disney Movie Rewards Sent out an email advertisement for the *** Sphero remote controlled unit. As soon as I received the email, I followed the link for the ad which took me to their website to a page showing that the advertised item was not in stock. They had sent out an email for an item which they did not even have in stock, and which they have told me they don't know if they will get more in stock. I have contacted them multiple times to address the issue of false advertising but they won't respond to any questions about their questionable advertising practices, and simply told me to keep checking back to their website every day for an item that they may not ever get in. After weeks of checking their site every day, and them refusing to help me, I told them that I was going to refer this issue to the Revdex.com and asked them for information regarding which branch of Disney, Inc. they were a part of, but they have failed to respond to any of my emails since then. Disney does not have the right to advertise anything they want without substantiating the claims and offers. Their marketing campaign is illegal and reprehensible.
I would like for Disney to follow through on their advertised offer and make it possible for me to purchase the aforementioned item through my Disney Movie Rewards account.

After further investigation, it looks like*** submitted two separate Revdex.com claims for the same complaint. One was filed against Walt Disney World Resort on 12/29/17 with *** and a second one against Disney Enterprises, Inc. on 12/29/17 with***
We received the dispute notification from Revdex.com dated 1/2/18 via our Walt Disney World office. A response was provided to Revdex.com by Walt Disney Word on behalf of Disney Movie Rewards on 1/15/18 indicating that Disney Movie Rewards worked directly with*** to resolve the issue which prompted the closure of the case by Revdex.com on 1/26/18.
After the closure of ***, we continued to work with*** to obtain the item that initiated the complaint. On 2/8/18,*** authorized us to place an order for the item in question and also provided us his shipping address. The last communication associated to this issue was on 2/13/18 when we informed*** that his order has been shipped and tracking number was provided.
In light of the above, we believe the matter pertaining to both *** and***to have been resolved.
