Worst business etiquette I have ever experienced! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyoneRude phone service, long repair wait scheduled out six days for our water tank replacement in the middle of winter, then when the dispatcher and I didn't agree on our transactions of words and I said I was going to contact our Home Warranty company, I told her to have the tech contact me as I didn't want to work with herShe called , then called me back to tell me she canceled the order so she didn't have to work with meNow with health issues I am left without hot water for who knows how long now

Worst experience I've ever had with a service company. I filed a service request with my HOW company on 2/9/16 - on Wednesday 2/10, later pm, plumber came and ran a 75' snake through the master toilet. Shower was backing up when sink was on and was draining very slowly. Ross, the plumber said he needed to come back the next day and get on roof to run snake through roof vents. The cost for this and level ground cleanouts was $250.00 quote, paid $275.00. On the first visit, he asked for the service fee, which I had already paid to the HOW company. I informed him that I had already paid the fee. Ross, the plumber has been late every day that he was suppose to be t the house any where from 1 hour to 1.5. Always calls my office phone to leave a message instead of my cell. As of today, 2/18/16, still no resolution other than he is now claiming it is structural issues and he has to reroute all the pipes. It also took him 4 days to find my sewer line. I'm seeking opinions from other plumbers. I requested an estimate of the repairs approx. 1.5 hours ago and still do not have it by email.

The absolute worst experience we have ever had with a "business." We ha a home warranty with landmark, and this is the company they use. In May or June they replaced our water heater. We gave them our bank information and expected them to do the payment within a reasonable time frame. Well, several weeks went b and they still had not taken the payment. My husband called several times over the next few weeks and they never took the payment. He finally gave up calling. An entire MONTH later they callus saying our card was declined. Well yea, we have bills and stuff. We don't keep an extra $500 hanging out when we aren't expecting it to be taken out. We asked whythey waited 2 months to take our payment and got some pathetic, insinere sob story. Transferred the money so they could take our payment. They still never took the payment. Husband called a few times again. Still nothing. Fast forward to today and this woman calls saying our payment won't go through. Well yea, it has been MONTHS!!!! Talked to the owner and she "says" that she has tried multiple times over the last few weeks to do our payment and blah blah blah. Load of crap. You cannot just wait months and months to take a huge payment from your customers. People have to be able to plan and budget... and we need to actually know you're going to try to take the payment so we can have the money in our account. Do not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
