The absolute worst experience we have ever had with a "business." We ha a home warranty with landmark, and this is the company they useIn May or June they replaced our water heaterWe gave them our bank information and expected them to do the payment within a reasonable time frameWell, several weeks went b and they still had not taken the paymentMy husband called several times over the next few weeks and they never took the paymentHe finally gave up callingAn entire MONTH later they callus saying our card was declinedWell yea, we have bills and stuffWe don't keep an extra $hanging out when we aren't expecting it to be taken outWe asked whythey waited months to take our payment and got some pathetic, insinere sob storyTransferred the money so they could take our paymentThey still never took the paymentHusband called a few times againStill nothingFast forward to today and this woman calls saying our payment won't go throughWell yea, it has been MONTHS!!!! Talked to the owner and she "says" that she has tried multiple times over the last few weeks to do our payment and blah blah blahLoad of crapYou cannot just wait months and months to take a huge payment from your customersPeople have to be able to plan and budgetand we need to actually know you're going to try to take the payment so we can have the money in our accountDo not recommend this company to my worst enemy
