On 05/22/2020 I paid $36.00 for a 6 month subscription of the DISPATCH POST USA NEWSPAPER to be sent to my family member who is incarcerated at *** CORRECTIONAL FACILITY. I sent a confirmation email to the publisher, ***. He confirmed receipt of the payment and assured me the first copy of the subscription should be received by 05/28/2020.
My family member had not received the subscription by that date and as of today, still has not received it. Since we are dealing with The Department of Corrections, I allowed a month's time for the newspaper to be issued to my family member.
I placed three (3) calls to Mr., 06/17/2020 @12:02PM; 06/19/2020 @3:48PM and 06/25/2020 @1:53PM, I left a message each time requesting a call back to advise what is the delay in delivering the newspaper. I received NO RESPONSE!
I contacted Mr. via email on 07/06/2020 and his response was "he believes there was an issue with his address and assured me the paper will be sent.
Since my family member has not received the newspaper, I sent email to Mr. requesting a full refund and Mr. assured me he will refund my money on 08/06/2020 and he would also send the newspaper to my family member.
To this date, I have not received a refund, no email or call back from Mr..
ALL I WANT NOW IS TO HAVE MY $36.00 REFUNDED TO ME IN THE MANNER IT WAS SENT.
