I've been trying to get this resolved since March I called your call center last minute to book a room in my name for my girlfriend and her family that were trapped in Atlanta do to a slight delay I called the lady on the phone who did not give me a confirmation number after I asked for it and was given a price under $The amount even if you factor in tax is much more that's on my credit card and I've been trying to get this issue resolved because I was over charged for a hotel I demand that the phone call be pulled and that I be charged for the amount that was disclosed to me over the phoneThe phone number that I called in on is my cell of XXX-XXX-XXXX and I demand to review the call

I recently had the privilege of having Advanced Builders do some repair work for me; not being from the area (or knowing a lot of people in the area), I searched the internet for companies to come give me estimates for the work
Of four different estimators I met with, Mike from Advanced Builders is the only one who mentioned a specific feature of the job (which he thought might cause some difficulty)He was also the only one who specifically accounted for having the original company who installed my garage doors come uninstall and reinstall them, so as to keep the warranty on my garage doors intactAdditionally, his estimate came in significantly lower than the othersWe decided to go with Advanced Builders for those specific reasons
Due to conditions beyond our (and his) control, getting the work scheduled was a bit challengingBeing a smaller business, I'm not sure he has a lot of subcontractors who would be available at the same timeAdditionally, the company was working on a major job, and the subcontractors would have to be scheduled to work on my job around the larger jobI made the decision that I liked Mike enough (and would be saving a significant enough amount of money) that I'd hold out for Advanced to do the work, rather than going with a bigger company who would have been able to start immediately
Occasionally, I'll accidentally make a great decision - this was one of those times
The work I needed done entailed working with three different groups of subcontractors, and I would gladly work with any of them againAll three subs had been working for Advanced Builders for years (in one case, decades), and were incredibly professional and efficientOver the course of the week that my job took, I had the opportunity to hear stories of previous jobs from each subIn a couple of cases I heard the same story from more than one sub, with one universal theme: all of the subs have a fierce loyalty to Advanced Builders, because Advanced Builders treats the subs and the customers "right."
Next time I have a building project that's over my head, you can bet I'll be calling Advanced BuildersI was treated professionally and fairly by everyone involvedIn the end, my job was completed for significantly less than any other company bid, in less time than I'd initially expectedMike's teams were personable to work with, and radiated confidence and professionalism throughout the whole process
