February 3, 2016Dear Revdex.com:I am writing in response to complaint filed on 1/25/assigned ID [redacted] , DiStefano Landscape Services, Inc., is the snow removal company for this communityThis was a MAJOR storm which brought inches of snowDuring the storm we made every effort to keep the roads clear while visibility was not good and we were in a state of emergency.As per our contract with [redacted] *, we have hours after the end of a storm to clear the walkwaysWe did our best to have this completedDiStefano as well as everyone else in our area was still removing some snow for the entire weekIn advance of the storm the homeowners had been asked to be patient during this MONSTER storm that it was going to be a long, long stormAlso, with a storm of this size and the community layout, it is difficult to find places to pile the snowOn Monday, January 25, when cars were removed we did do additional cleanup of areas that we could not get to while cars are parked.While we have concerns that one of the homeowners was unable to access the path from his door and we realize how important his father's therapy must be, we did make every effort to clear all roads and walkwayHowever, we do not appreciate the telephone messages that were received from this personHe had called and left two messages that were nothing but obscenitiesHe simply could have called to ask that we come back to clear the snowIf we missed something or something else needed to be done, we are happy to come back and get it taken care ofIn response to the comment that all we care about is money that is just not trueWe are paid by the hour so it would benefit us to come back.We are all people and should have been in an EPIC effect like this togetherWe take pride in the job that we do in this community and all of the communities that we do work for.We believe that the desired settlement has been taken care of.Thank-you.Sincerely,Dom D

I am rejecting this response because: I received an email from Toni M*** on 11/27/17, and she said that one plant is in and the other one was orderedIn the email, she said she would get back to me on Friday (12/1)I did not hear from her on Friday. In addition, it is the beginning of December and I am not expert, but it's not the most conducive time for new plants. Furthermore, this promise has been made me to several times that the plants are in and they would be installed; however, this did not happen. I have emails to document this claim, and I am not optimistic that it will ever be done. I am requesting a full refund for the cost of the plants with years of growth to make up for lost time, the cost to remove the dead plants, and the cost to plant new onesI can't take the chance that this will be done for the company does not have a good track record for following through on their commitments to their customers

November 30, 2017To Whom It May Concern:I am writing in reference to ID [redacted] complaint that was submitted against DiStefano Landscape Services.We are making every effort to try to rectify the problem. We will be replacing dead plants at the homeowner's home. We wanted to first attempt...

treatment, which did not help the health of the plants that we installed. We do have the plants on order at our local Nursery and will be installing as soon as available.Please be assured that we will stand by our warranty.
