I just wanted to let everyone know my experience with Distinct Advantage, I am not new to ordering cabinets from the internet, however I'm new to actually being treated like I matter, and that the company cares about me, and that is exactly how I felt with DA I went through the entire process with DA and had them do my design (which was amazing and fast), send door samples, and then finally ordered our cabinets The first thing I want to point out is the design service, it was free, and unlike a different company I dealt with in the past, they got it back to me the same day I submitted it to them Secondly, when I ordered samples, they were UPS'ed for FREE to my home, I had to order sets of samples, because we needed to match a color to our floor, and our sales rep was completely understanding Then, when it came time to order the cabinets, we were offered a discount that we didn't even know was available Very Honest When I received the cabinets, there was pieces that had a scratch because of shipping damage, and we were pretty stressed because we were on a deadline, however it was taken care of very quickly, and we had replacements before we even got to the installation phase I would recommend that if you order cabinets to go through them all when you receive them to make sure there isn't damage from shipping and let them know They seemed very understanding, only required a couple pictures, and sent us replacements with UPS in less then a week Overall I was very satisfied with the delivery, and more then satisfied at the fact that I received them in only days We're going to be redoing another house soon, and have already planned our second order, and have referred them to a number of our friends So much smarter then buying from home depot This kitchen alone saved us $8,and we were able to get everything we wanted, and not have to compromise on the quality to fit in our budget We love the soft close drawers and doors, and the look of the cabinets completely changed the kitchen from dated to modern, clean, and sturdy Thanks again for going the extra mile, not enough businesses do and it means so much
I was amazed by the superior service I received while doing business with this compant Totally amazed by how ethically they treated meAll of my cabinets are so nice and the quality is incomperable When I sent photos of my completed kitchen which me and my wife LOVED the owner called me personally to thank me and to tell me he was shipping us a replacement door for one of the cabinets because he thought the finish didnt look perfect, mind you we never even complained about this issue or noticed it The next day the door arrived Not only were the cabinets great they arrived in under weeks, less than half the time I waited to have *** deliver my cabinets before I cancelled the order with them and went to Distinct Advantage on a friends recommendation, has to be one of the best decisions I ever made I will recommend this company to anyone I come in contact with who needs a new kitchen, and wholeheartedly endorse their products Any company with customer service this good gets my votestars

From our first contact Distinct Advantage was stellar We ordered door samples ( for free) which came immediately and started our planning They asked for measurements and sent us a 3D design We tweaked it here and there and over a couple of days (also for free!) finally decided on what we wanted
When the cabinets arrived they were a snap to put together Our skeptical contractor son kept saying, "How much did you spend for these?" and "You got all of this for that?" He was super impressed with the soft close drawers The installation was easy, too
The diagram they sent was easy to follow for cabinet placement as well and when it was all done we were so "got" It is just beautiful and the quality is outstanding The kitchen looks almost exactly like the 3D design they sent (minus the counter top color and the faucet design)! We were amazed! Everyone who comes to our house asks where we got them and their contact information, if they are planning a project We get so many compliments!
They even sent a matching touch up stain marker and a wood putty stick for little fix ups if needed (but we haven't needed them yet!) And they offered us a couple of discounts that we didn't even know about!
We could NOT be happier and would recommend anyone give them a try!
Late last year I came across Distinct Advantage Kitchen and Bath online At first I was a bit hesitant to buy such a large purchase as kitchen cabinets through the internet, but I saw that the company was a Revdex.com member, and everything seemed on the up and up so I decided I'd give them a try That first kitchen was for one of our investment properties, and it worked out like a charm The cabinets arrived about a week after I ordered them They were all fully assembled, so all we had to do was install them They came out great, and the kitchen ended up being a key selling point for the home I'm so glad we decided to use Distinct Advantage
More recently we just did a second house and again used Distinct Advantage Cabinets This time we went with the Lynne Rope door style, which was not available assembled, so I was a little worried about that, however the assembly videos really sped that process up I was surprised, that it took me only about minutes per cabinet to assemble them
I also want to mention, that the quality of these cabinets is nicer then ANYTHING we've worked with in the past Much nicer then the stuff we got at home depot that we paid times as much for The soft close drawers and doors, and hardwood construction really blew us away
And last but not least, the serviceI almost never write reviews online, but this company merits this, people should know about them When rating the service I give the highest scores as well Not only before we purchase was our representative very helpful to us, but after we had received our cabinets any issue we had was taken care of very very quickly and politely We never spent hours on hold, or days waiting on information The response was almost immediate every time The guy actually worked with us until midnight to get this last house's design all completed so we could get the cabinets because we were in such a short time limit I was really really amazed by the level of service I received
If you're thinking of buying cabinets with this company, let me tell you, you will not regret it I didn't

In the past I've ordered cabinets from [redacted] and never been very happy with the quality. On this house they gave us a quote more than 40 percent higher than distinct advantage did and that was for a particle board cabinet. With Distinct Advantage we got real wood cabinets for less money and got them faster than anyone else could get them to us. Add to that how personal and caring their customer service is and you have a 5 star company. I would definitely recommend Distinct Advantage to anyone who is in the market for kitchen cabinets. The 3d rendering they gave us looks exactly like our kitchen turned out, its unbelievable. Now I'm in the process of ordering another set for our rental property, and know beyond a doubt that I'll love what I buy.
