Stayed at Royal Pelican 322 month of Feb. Distinctive Beach Rentals described the condo as is. A nice clean place with all the need amenities. Location was excellent, near a grocery store, mall , beach and great restaurants. Contemplating on returning in 2016.
Distinctive beach rentals does not provide what they are stating. My rental in the Riviera club 504 did not have complete wifi as guaranteed. Only the front 5 ft of the condo would get any wifi connection. 3 calls for service got no results. I was told the wifi is thru the association and no fix was coming. Even when I was using it one night, it went out for 2 hours. A call to the emergency line produced nothing. The line was for flood emergencies only. If you are planning to rent from distinctive beach rentals and expect wifi or customer service response, don't rent from them. Go to anyone else.
Just completed a month stay at a Condo managed by Distinctive Beach Rental. Fantastic, exceeding expectations. The View was outstanding. The unit was equipped with new furniture and kitchenware. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Everything was first rate, first class.
