In the future the business should be straight forward with the client and provide a definite responseIt makes no sense to leave the customer waiting for weeks for a callback, even if there's no charge

The cabinets being out of level are not the responsibility of Distinctive Countertops. We installed the customer new countertop on the cabinets. If we were to correct the out of level cabinets by shimming the countertop there would be 1" gaps under both sides. We offered to
come out and remove splash so the cabinets and countertops could be adjusted. We never scheduled this due to not being in customers area with other installs. As we were not charging them for this. Sorry he has to pay someone to rectify this issue
