Initially I was very impressed with their great customer serviceI had cosmetic work done which turned out fabulousHowever I had new issues with my mouth that I desperately wanted addressed for it was affecting my quality of lifeMy worries were completely dismissed on several occasionsLater on after having a cavity filled I had a lot of pain chewing, so I went back to have it evaluated & fixedI ended up going back a total of times and I still cannot chew on the side of my mouth where the filling is due to painThe third time I went to have it fixed I got the impression that they thought I was just a complainer, and again I felt dismissed
Initially I was very impressed with their great customer service. I had cosmetic work done which turned out fabulous. However I had new issues with my mouth that I desperately wanted addressed for it was affecting my quality of life. My worries were completely dismissed on several occasions. Later on after having a cavity filled I had a lot of pain chewing, so I went back to have it evaluated & fixed. I ended up going back a total of 3 times and I still cannot chew on the side of my mouth where the filling is due to pain. The third time I went to have it fixed I got the impression that they thought I was just a complainer, and again I felt dismissed.
