Home/Professional blender. The email you received was not from us. [redacted] asked you to forward the email to us so we could see it and you did not. After you requested to speak with his manager he had just finished giving you my name when you hung up/ended the call.

If you listened to the actual call and [redacted] behavior/language as an employee doesn't bother you, then there is nothing left to say. It makes sense why 80 percent of the online reviews for your company tell the same story. Your customer service is reprehensible and you advertise discounted promotions and never give the customer the advertised price. I am happy to send along a snapshot that I took of your advertisement. [redacted] so called story of "not receiving the email" is a story that you all have told before. Just read the online reviews. Scam site.

First, I want to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with this order and the backorder situation. I do feel this review is unfair however. The item you ordered, the [redacted] and[redacted] Set

was clearly listed as out of stock on our website when you placed the order. Due to this, we were under the assumption that you were aware of the delay that this backorder would cause. I have passed this on to our IT team to see if something can be done to make the backorder/out of stock notice more visible.

You can find the out of stock message directly above the add to cart button. It lists an "Expected to be available by" date indicating it is not currently available.

I have since seen the expected delivery date listed above the add to cart button, however, as I've stated before (for the third time) it was not above the button when I placed my order, nor was it listed anywhere on my order form, confirmation sheet, or email. I am done arguing with you about this matter. I have never dealt with a company who rather than admit they were in the wrong, would rather argue with a customer. I have visited other websites with customers who have had the exact same complaint as I have with your company, and have since been given the same response. Obviously, there is a problem for your company to have the exact same complaints over and over again with no resolution or an attempt at a resolution on your end. Great business practice!
