My company ordered a $15,Bronco Buster By Frederic Remington (worldofbronze.com/broncobuster.html) from World of Bronze via phone on 4/29/from "Julie" and she told us that if I needed the statue in weeks I would have to send a check and have it to her before Mayso my company send the check via Fed-XI thought everything would be fine but when July rolled around and I had zero contact I called and ask for Julie, and she was never in the office, called on 7/6/16, 7/21/16, 7/20/16, 7/21/and "Anne" promised a email (never arrived) called 7/25/16, called 8/15/and Anne said it 90% complete and I would have it 1st or 2nd week in September, called again on 9/9/and Anne said it's weeks out12/19/and I still don't have my $15,statueAnne is Julie and Julie is Anne, and I think that is really to fake names and it's the owner Judy C***On July my attorney wrote a letter requesting a refund, no reply to the letterTHIS PLACE IS A SCAM
I called Julie about a bronze horse they had "on sale" I asked how much do they weigh, very important when establishing value, she checked and told me 200 pounds. I ordered 2 based on that. When they finally arrived they weighed in at 158 pounds. Their response was "200 pounds is the weight of the packaging and the horse", freight is included, who cares how much the pallet weighs.The other excuse, "all weights are approximate", that is not even close, a huge reduction in value,correspondence in writing confirms my claim. This company has no problem lying to get a sale and could care less about a customer after they get your money
