Review: I visited New Orleans on May 24, 2013. I checked into the Whitney Wyndham hotel at 5:30 p.m. and the valet employed by Distinctive Parking triggered a traffic camera thus giving me a ticket by mail. I contacted the company several times and was given an email for [redacted]. I have had no phone calls returned nor has the company resolved the ticket. I had to pay the ticket before the due date in order to prevent any furthers charges by the city of New Orleans. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like Distinctive Parking to pay the amount of the ticket as well as the $4.00 processing fee I was charged.

Wrecked my vehicle in the valet, will not respond to my calls. I have to call every day and they always are out of the office. No one has contacted me. I have to call and call and call and I am making no progress. They are trying to get around paying to fix the vehicle that they wrecked, and they are about to have a lawsuit on their hands. I'm getting sick of this. It's been a month and a half.
Review: The key and key-less entry that I left with Distinctive Parking employees was lost. A claim was filed some time mid February (I want to say 2/17/14). I called their office multiple times. I have not received a reply. The workers at my location have also been trying to get their attention to no avail.Desired Settlement: The workers have my only key... I would like a new key and key-less entry to replace my spare.
