Business Response: " I already send this consumer the certificate twiceI went on a cruise and when I returned I called her to see if she wanted to stop by and pick it up or if she wanted me to mail itShe chose to mail itThen a week, maybe two weeks later she called and stated that she did not
receive itI asked again f she wanted to stop by and pick it up or if she wanted me to mail itShe chose to mail itI sent out other certificates and checks out that day and I called every single person to make sure they received what I sent and they all confirmed that they got it except for herThis is now the second timeThen I get the complaint so today I went by her house and dropped off the certificateA woman with curly hair and tattoos on her chest answered the doorI asked for *** and she confirmed it was herI handed her the certificate and asked her if she got the other same certificates and she said that she got But she never called and stated that she got itShe filed a complaint and already had the certificate at that pointThis matter is closed and resolvedNow she has two copies of the same certificate"
