ere was an appointment set up but never confirmedI was told they were going to put me on the schedule because they were booked but they were waiting for *** *** to provide a PO number so I would know what I would be charged for the person to come out and look at the blinds to see what need to be repairedI called DD, the day before the appointment to try and confirmMy call was sent to a general voice mail boxWhere I left two message one in the morning and the other in the afternoonI missed the appointment due to no confirmationI wasn't going to take a day off and no one showed up The contractor did contact me when he was near but I told him the situation and tried to reschedule to no avail
I've since called the business four times to reschedule to no avail
