After sending the same email to everybody on their contacts provided on their websiteI finally received a callback in regards to my pictures on Wednesday June 3. we figured out the reason the credit card did not process the first time around was because the mailing zip code did not match
the billing zip codeI provided her with necessary information, she put me on a brief hold then came back to the line to let me know the charge had been approvedShe said they would get the pictured printed and mailed outSo basically the photos were not mailed at no cost as they disputed in their responseAs soon as I receive those photos in the mail I will be contentUntil then I will continue to dispute this matter
