Regency Park Management knows the value of a resident residing in our community for longer that one lease termAs todays market is very competitive, we strive to maintain good customer service and constant communication with our residentsUnfortunately, there are times that, no matter the
amount of communication, issues arise that deal with following community policies, guidelines and lease agreements . Every business has policies we must go by, whether we agree with them or not, if we agree to conduct business with the firm, we must agree to their policies set forthIn this situation *** leased a carport for $p/month with the understanding she must display the designated RED parking tag issued to her when she is parked in this paid parking spotThe red parking tag is to help identify an authorized person to park hereThese spaces are assigned and paid for by residentsIf a person with a Green tag, blue tag or no tag displayed is parked here, they are unauthorized to park in the "covered" parking space and are subject to being towedThis is stated on our towing signs posted at the entrance, and posted on the carport stalls. I have attached the exact form *** signed stating in two (2) places that the red tag must be displayed if parked in covered parkingI have attached two photos of ONLY a green tag being displayed in the vehicle that was parked in the covered space, that was towed To answer your question as to if your neighbor allowed you to borrow their tag to park in their paid parking space, yes, you would be allowed to park thereAs long as that red tag was displayed, you may park thereSince carport spots are assigned, and a random person parked in YOUR space with a RED tag, not unauthorized by you, you may have that unauthorized person towed
