still flooded and he can't help with my order for a refund. He also states that what I ordered was 36 PIECES not CASES. But from his website that he advertised it says CASES. On my invoice it also states 36 cases. He told me to do a charge back and do whatever I want to do with the 5 cases of spam I received. I told him that I will let the Revdex.com know our conversation and he assured me that he is fine with that. I clearly told him on his site it states cases not pieces because at that point he would be charging me more then retail value per piece of spam. From my understanding we have resolved this issue with me continuing my claim with my bank to get my money back because I can not do a charge back
