We have year old bathroms and a old laninate counter top in our kitchenWe went to the home show looking for ideas to update all of the aboveWe inquired on the miracle method way to update , Well we were very impressed with what we saw that we scheduled an appoitment to have an estimate .Upon arrival the estimator was very knowledgable and curtous not high pressure what so ever and gave us the estimate that same evening.So we then looked at all other options and decided to have them back out to ask further questionsWe decided wasgoing to be the best way for us to acomplish our goals with the budget we hadWow is all we can say they did a great transformation on all our bathrooms and counter tops and I still can't believe they were able to make it all look new and wonderfulJust fabulous decision to update our home and we just couldnt say enough good things about this company and all of their people from start to finish Thank you , [redacted] , Ohio

OMG! my marble bathroom counter and sink turned from a chipped, cracked, stained eyesore to a beautiful stone look finish in just hours without any tearing out and restoring and replacing Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and left the place spotless I cannot believe the gorgeous transformation!

In January 2015, we had our kitchen countertop and shower refinishedWe were left with out of of our painted kitchen cabinets having splatter on them, our kitchen door had product on, we had product on the floors and on our glass door from the tech going in and outCalled and spoke to the manager, he agreed to send the tech back out to try and take care of it and "clean our kitchen" as he called itBefore the tech came out we also called to see if he could fix a couple of scratches we discoverd in the newly done countertops and were assured he would yet he didn'tDue to our cabinets being painted nothing could be done and we were left with having to strip the paint and repaint themWe then waited almost month to hear from them again as we expected a call and discussion on how to make things rightWe received a call only because we had obviously not paid yet and they were surprised to find we were not ok with paying in full and fix our cabinets "just for the fun of it"The manager gave us an about $discount which clearly showed his lack of interest and understanding of the extend of the issuesWe also emailed the business a small sampler of the pictures we took but never heard anything back eitherThe lack of care has been stunning! We did not expect to spend $2,just to spend more time and money fixing other items in our home due to their sloppinessOverall the only thing deserving any praise was the initial consultation but unfortunately the work and consequent interaction with management did not match and we would never recommend this business to anyone

We had a very respectful and cheerful young man refinish our tub, even though he was professional his work was NOT A gentleman from miracle method came out and agreed that the work was not good A couple of weeks later another guy came out friendly very professional and the work was better The problem is and was that our bathroom is painted blue and cream The first guy scratched up the blue wall and said nothing about it The second guy peeled nickle to quarter size hole of paint off the cream wall He didn't say anything either When he came back the next day and my husband pointed it out to him he just shrugged his shoulders Would I recommend miracle method to anyone else I think not, as a matter of fact I know I won't recommend this company to anyone!!

We have tubs refnished with miracle method and they all came out beautifulGreat customer serviceHad a bubble in the floor of a year after it was done and they came right out within a week to refinish it

Miracle Method refinished our small rather grungy bathroom. The tub was scratched, the grouting looked dirty, and no matter how much I scrubbed the tub and the tile, it didn't seem to make a difference. Now everything is clean and shiny and beautiful! I love it! I've already recommended Miracle Method to my daughter and a friend. The guys were super nice and fast! Great job!!!

Miracle Method reformed my bathroom! I am so happy with the results. I went from having old stained yellow tile to beautiful white tile and grout. The technician takes pride in his work. He made sure everything was taped off, before starting. The results are just amazing. I wish I would have done this years ago. Thanks Miracle Method!
