Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The local office continues to say that their is nothing wrong with their online payment system, however, their response to my complaint on Facebook suggests otherwise (see attachment)The local office is just trying to brush this
off, but it's an ongoing issueLet me give you a similar example of an online payment scenario: if I were to pay my electric bill online through their payment system, it would tell me what I owe on that dayI am sure that I have an obligation to pay a given amount per kilowatt hour in a binding agreementHowever, if their system gives me an amount that is erroneous they will simply correct it for the next bill and notify meNOT charge me a late fee because I agreed to pay a certain amount that doesn't mathematically match with their billIt's absurd to suggest to someone that they should pay MORE than what is asked in their payment portalThe appropriate action would be to notify customer and receive payment, not assess them a late fee due to their inability to provide adequate support onlineI am unable to pay their $late fee because I'm being taken advantage ofCustomer service counts for nothing with District Flats.Sincerely,*** ***
