keep receiving fraudulent charges to my bank account for same amounts, even after I called their sorry customer service and told them it was fraud....also changed my debit card with my bank only to just yesterday see they have yet again managed a charge???? these people are scammers and should be jailed
This is place was terrible in every sense of the word! My order wasn't received for a month all because they claimed my hem tags weren't complete After that excuse ran out they proceeded to tell me that because they received a bigger order for some Rock Festival that my order was pushed back Now that would be easy to swallow if my order wasn't in before that one That was not the case my order was in well before that I never received the hem tags at all on my final product so basically all that time I had to wait was for nothing I finally received my shirts and low and behold about ten of the shirts have dirt and paint smudges on them due to sloppy mishandled work I suggest everyone steer clear of this so called business!
I placed an order with District Lines for a signed copy of a book, I placed my order at the right time (one of the first copies)I paid a hefty amount for delivery to the UK and waited three weeks plus, only for when the item to arrive it was delivered from Switzerland (?) and for it not to be signedI call the company and they offer me a gift card for a future purchase that wouldn't even cover their excessive postage fees , and admit its their error and they did send the wrong itemI ask for an immediate refund plus extra to cover the cost of the item to be sent back to them, they refuseI politely remind them that as I am in the UK that UK sales laws apply and that they have not provided me with what I purchased I am going to my bank for a refund
