District Relocators

Review: District Relocators moved my furniture to a new apartment on 9/29/14. A wooden wine rack (approx. 80" height) was damaged by their employees while it was being transported. An individual hired by the moving company arrived at my apartment to repair the damage on 10/25/14. He attempted to perform the work in the field but was unable to satisfactorily restore the piece. A picture of the resulting repair was sent to the District Relocators Claims Department (Attn: Corey R[redacted] on 10/25/14 via Email, along with a request for further assistance. Numerous follow-up Email messages and phone calls have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: repair the damaged piece to look like it did before the move or replace it (cost for replacement is $300)
