I am rejecting this response because:He is lying. All you have to do is come to my house and see that he is lying. He never finished the work and he breached the contract. I have copies of everything. He is a fraud. He never did any of the work. He hired *** to come and do some of the work. My husband has been trying to piece the work that was not finished. The outside of the house is not finished. All you have to do is come and see the house. It is not done. He has gotten paid and what he is showing is also a lie.MrJ R***' didn't send you a signed contractAlso, *** Kitchen said they have no record installing cabinets at my addressI called MrR*** late at night because we had water from the refrigerator valve leaking onto the flooringThe flooring was destroyedFYI *** *** fixed the leak not his plumber(So what he sent you was not the truth.) I faxed you a copy of the real contract that I signed with the contractor last week. He sent you a bogus contract. I also sent you an in response to the contractor's letter. I have since received a letter from the Maryland Department of Licensing and Labor indicating the contractor did not have a license when he signed my contact. I can't believe this complaint is closed! Nothing has been resolved with this contractor. MrR*** never did fixtures for a shower, nor a tub nor vanities, toilets (3) nor a *** tub. He didn't do any bathroom lights. I purchased my appliances from ***. I never want him to do any additional workThe contract he presented is a lie. I have a contract signed by him that does not include what was forwarded to him. He also talked very disrespectful to me when I complained about the custom cabinets that are still not leveled and doesn't include any inserts
