problems. We received a damage complain from [redacted] stating [redacted] says the driver damaged the strut and bearings on her vehicle from loading the vehicle on a flatbed. As a [redacted] contractor, [redacted] will send out their own damage assessor to try and solve the issue and pinpoint whether the damage was caused by the tow driver or not. [redacted] concluded the tow driver was not responsible for the damage. have placed the comments below from the [redacted] report.
Our ASE certified damage assessor talked with the auto shop owner, ([redacted]) who told him a strut was bent however he did not know how it happened. Our assessor inspected the parts with the member or boyfriend present and informed them he could not see where it was bent. Also a slow speed impact would not have enough force to bend a strut, normally driving is much rougher on the vehicle. This was not a collision as she references below.
[redacted] is aware of [redacted]'s findings however still believes the damage was done by the driver. We have cooperated with
[redacted] to our fullest abilities. On September 2nd, 2015 our insurance information was forwarded to [redacted] and the insurance company has been made aware of the claim.
Thank You
