We ordered a vase for Christmas on 12/11/2017, the item arrived broken into piecesI contacted the company and they responded after about a week and two emails they finally responded requesting photos of the broken vaseI promptly sent them pictures and was told a replacement would be sent out the week of the 1stI never heard back from them until I sent three more emails requesting tracking information over the next two weeksOn the 12th I finally received a response with a tracking numberI have checked on the tracking over the last two weeks and the item has never shippedI emailed the company two more times with No response inquiring when the item was actually going to shipI have not received any responses since then

Hello, I ordered a Aleister pin that originally is $12, but was on sale for $on March 31, I was not sure the exact shipping estimates for a pinSince I only found estimates for photos/videos and clothing merchandiseThen I found in the terms and conditions that it says " Goods will be dispatched in a timely manner so as to arrive at the very latest within the US within days of orderingInternationally please allow daysSome items are dependant on stock and Dita's presence to personalize them - in this case please email for an update of delivery time."
So I patiently waitedWork also kept me very busyAlas, nothing cameOn May 13, 2018, I emailed [email protected] with my order number and my issueI received no responseI emailed again on May 20th again with order number and my issue and still received no responseAs a last resort, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com
