for an update and for emailsIt was yet again "my secretary didn't send it she dropped the ball, the lack of professionalism this service has is awful I have text messages from *** stating it was done on several occasions I would like compensation for the time and for *** to do the right thing and find someone who can get our Qrdo done at his expense this process should have taken just over days not months

Multiple phone conversations as well, what he apologized for was when we had spoke on the phone, after months of broken/ empty promises to have the paperwork done, I ask him for a refund and let him know I would be filing a complaint. He told me he would be calling my job and logging a complaint against me so I would lose my job, it was very odd. I did tell him to go ahead and do that, he then said well don't forget  I put everything in your ex husband's name so don't call me. In the beginning he wanted to meet with both of us for paperwork for our divorce we went at separate times. I'm sure there are a multitude of complaints regarding this individual, I just want to be refunded at this point. I can also have my ex husband [redacted] contact you as well with his info regarding this.

Ms. [redacted] entire statement is false. Ms. [redacted] received paperwork from the court that was a clear error on the courts part. This court error has no bearing on her divorce because her divorce will not be final until August. This error was explained at least 6 times to Ms. [redacted]. On Friday, May 29,...

2015 Ms. [redacted] told me should will withdraw her complaint because she finally realized the error was with the court and not our service. Ms. [redacted]

I am still working on this case.  I have been in touch with the company approving the QDRO that was re-submitted.  I have texted [redacted] about this.  The company will contact me any mu client when the QDRO is approved for signatures.  Last contact with the company was on January 5, 2016.  If the QDRO wasn't at the final stage, I would have refunded the $300.00.

Review: I paid in full [redacted] Ditaranto for a divorce he told me he would process all paper work and divorce would be final in 6 months. The guy was served and he was given proof of service then 5 months later denied that he was ever served he has giving me the runaround accepted my money in full .and 5 months later now telling was ever processes he is very irresponsible and tells you he's done things when he hasn't he is not trustworthyDesired Settlement: I feel he lied over and over I even have recorded phone calls telling me everything was processed incompleteI thought you need to pay me a refund and pay forwasting all these months of time andthe extra cost of going down there back and forth and having to get a new attorney and mental anguish

Review: obtained this guy to finish my divorce this was done,also he was to do qrdo this is where the problem is. Problem #1 I paid for this and he put receipt in my ex husband's name not only that he refused to change into my name. August 2014 sent him my divorce decree he said he woulddo the Qrdo right away and it would be about 30 days to hear back from American funds. In Oct 2014 I called back to check status he couldn't find my paperwork. Then called back and said he had never received the divorce decree. (Although he acknowledged he had received it in Aug.) I resent the decree once again it was acknowledged he received it, he said he will get to it right away and for me to call back and leave my email address on his voice mail so he can send me a copy and it would be about 30 days until we hear anything from American funds.Nov. 2014 called to check status, he was agitated and said again he didn't recieve it yet again, This is [redacted] with legal services. I will confirm the drop off tomorrow. Will also be sure the revised qdro is out before weeks end. I do apologize for our conversation. I can give you updates via text if you like. Please let me know. This was 11/04/2014I thought maybe that was an apology and he was having a bad day we'll it January 2015 I have have requested the email so many times and I get Monday I'll do it. Then I get my secretary dropped the ball. this is the last text I received simply asking for an update. I am out of the office until Monday. But I will call your husband tomorrow This is a horrible way to treat clients and is bad business practice.I have save all the text messages and documented it all.Desired Settlement: I would like the qrdo emailed to me and the receipt changed to my name as it should have bee. In the first place. And this all handles in a more professional and speedy manner
