Mr. Hollander called and left me a voice mail on 6/2/14 at 11:30 A.M. in which he said he would replace my window with no charge to me. There was no further reference to needing to supply referrals. Mr. Hollander said it may take some time to get the replacement window, but Mr Faden would contact me and setup a time to get the details for replacing my window. As of this writing (6/12/14) I have not received any further contact. Please keep this complaint open until Weather Tite completes their commitment to replace my window at no cost to me.

We had weather tite install windows late last year (2013). The installers were very early, did not introduce themselves. I am still finding window parts in my flower beds. Screws, latches, etc...we have had continuing problems with several visits from employees, who seem to band-aid the windows. As of today,(Labor Day, 2014) I still have 2 windows that won t completely close, the seal at the top of ALL the windows wouldn't stop a slip of paper. We have a problem with the OVER-CRANKING! Don t think they should work like that. We recieved a call today that someone would like to come out tomorrow, again. We have had way too many issues/problems I. The short amount of time we ve had these windows. We love the windows. They look very nice but.....

They just don't do good business.

this was and still is a SITUATION BEYOND OUR CONTROL and will address services as they become known to us  ,

We have had issues from day one! Been replaced twice. Still are not correct. We are still fighting these windows. Double pane seals broke, sagging, screens not fitting due to the installation. I could go on and on! We spent $30,000 and can not get this resolved. I feel we have been ripped off and they are a fraudulent business! Something needs to be done to those who let this business run this way! We are in our 70's an stuck with 40 windows that are crap! I rate this company as a -0..
