We had weather tite install windows late last year (2013)The installers were very early, did not introduce themselvesI am still finding window parts in my flower bedsScrews, latches, etc...we have had continuing problems with several visits from employees, who seem to band-aid the windowsAs of today,(Labor Day, 2014) I still have windows that won t completely close, the seal at the top of ALL the windows wouldn't stop a slip of paperWe have a problem with the OVER-CRANKING! Don t think they should work like thatWe recieved a call today that someone would like to come out tomorrow, againWe have had way too many issues/problems IThe short amount of time we ve had these windowsWe love the windowsThey look very nice but

Been replaced twiceStill are not correctWe are still fighting these windowsDouble pane seals broke, sagging, screens not fitting due to the installationI could go on and on! We spent $30,and can not get this resolvedI feel we have been ripped off and they are a fraudulent business! Something needs to be done to those who let this business run this way! We are in our 70's an stuck with windows that are crap! I rate this company as a -

this was and still is a SITUATION BEYOND OUR CONTROL and will address services as they become known to us ,
