I am rejecting this response because: in April 2016, according to the contract I paid $2,because that was the month my new payment came effective. The dispute all along was that I was short for the month of March 2016; however for the month of March my payments was stil $1,per the HAMP agreement, which I paid.In FebI received a bill from Ditech stating my escrow overage for the year was $and they wanted to divide it up over a month period I placed a call to Ditech to let them know I would pay in full; however it was mailed after March 1st Nevertheless it was paid in full and Ditech determined the amount. If my mortgage was $for March in and you divide that by months the money in the suspense fund would be more than enough; however the records will show I paid in full When they paid my escrow on 4/4/16' I had more than enough left over.Maybe they can their calculations and explain how they came up with me owing $for March In addition, the records will show I paid the full amount in April.I am requesting that Ditech clear this matter up, their math and take the negative amount off of my credit report The $in my suspense fund will more than cover the March mortgage and any overage for property tax Please review the escrow records attached.I will also scan you a copy of the most recent letter they sent me and I would like you to compare, and let me know if their figures are calculated correctly, and if the letter match the response they gave.If I can pay my own escrow directly effective April I would like to do so because I would just pay the amount actually due by 12/10/and in April and this will eliminate any future problems width Ditech.Thank you for your attention to my request, and I will scan the letter from my home computer because I am on my iPad.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have had three consecutive modification processed through Ditech starting in With that said I have never been penalized for the inscribed inter office late posting or informed I would incur a blemish or shortageThis recently invented design was created to cause me these late postings; basically it does not matriculate my previous transactions using the standard practicesIt is one-sided and as a result has a negative impact on my profileI am not at fault but for Ditech’s maneuvers with their delayed postingsMy checks were cashed in the months in question by Ditech on the fourth of each month via my bank accountI am sure the audit department would not be pleased with this behaviorDitech took my money on the fourth and held it to capitalize off of causing me this blemish My question again is :why Ditech would give me a trail period plan that would make me late or hold my funds to make a full paymentand not inform me of this dilemmawhy wasn’t I given the option to put in the shortage ? What was the benefit of keeping it a secret? They performed unfair practices upon me taking the opportunity to apply for a modificationI saw a disadvantage in my finances, in turn I called Ditech assistance, nonetheless I made my payments on time before and after I did not foresee this corrupt act to pose this blemish on my accountOnce again straying away from the facts of their unprofessionalism In conclusion my claim only called to recognize the errors on my account posting that transcribed a foundation due to the lack of information, as Ditech never disseminated writings concerning a shortage during this modification This untold action was configured for me to encumber three late payments It is discouraging in my findings, that Ditech creates these excuses to address the errors presented on my accountI am still being affected by their lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism going on six yearsAs a result, I have been penalized in most of my business dealings upon establishing their loan product As the methods used were deceitful in the proceedingThe replies given essentially promote unhanded practices within the business of disseminating loans to the public During every step in following their protocol to start my trail payment for the loan modification, I experienced major defects, hardships and challenges by Ditech Nonetheless, Ditech has continued to overlook their formulated number of mistakes to omit any compensation in their wrong doingsBut instead within the rims of the accumulation of fractions on my account they have decided to water down my claim and put forth to blame me for these errors
