I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The dentist agreed to have the tube tested and said he would send it out for testing and he didn'tI would have had it tested myself if that was the case. He just wanted the tube back in his possession so he could discard of it. There is no way the tube should have been filled with blood when all he did was put a filling in the tooth without even drillingI was in the room and he did nothing but put a filling in the tooth that the last filling fell out of. The office was packed with people and how can I be 100% sure that wasn't anyone else's blood in the tube. He should never have agreed to send it out. When I dropped the tube off to the receptionist she signed for it and said she spoke with the lab and would send it out and that the lab would contact me in about weeks. The lab never called so we called *** *** and he said he didn't send it out and he wasn't going toI asked for it back and he said "no" he wasn't giving it back. I would have found a place to test it myselfHe is putting my daughters health at risk to cover himselfAttached are pictures of the tube in a package that was sealed by the dentists officeAll I ask to have peace of mind to know if that was my daughters blood or not

Review: On 4/**/2015 we took our daughter to Ditmars Dental Concepts. During her visit my realized that her suction tube was full of blood. Our daughter had no injections or drilling. Dentist packed and seal tube and gave it to my wife. We located a company online that would test it to make sure it was her blood or not. But we the dentist would have to write prescription and to company and send out and then contact us to bring our daughter in to test her. We followed up today with company they stated we needed contact dentist which we did today, He called back stating he never sent and is refusing to give us back the tube to try to have it tested ourselves. All I ask to have peace of mind to know if that was my daughters blood or not.
