Review: I was sold a truck with no inspection which was fine until they did not register it at the proper weight which I paid for and now it is now subject to inspection. I was also told it does not have a spare tire which is not true; it has the mount. I would consider this a poor practice and a safety issue considering it has a [redacted] billion point inspection. It also has a popping sound when shifted from park to drive consistent with a soon to be bad universal joint on the drive shaft.Desired Settlement: Correct these issues.

We contacted the customer after learning of his dissatisfaction through a Dealer Rater review on July 13th. The customer had three areas of concern.1. Motor Vehicle - he received a registration that indicated the weight of the vehicle to be 9,000 lbs. RESOLUTION - Upon notification , we immediately changed the registration to reflect the proper weight of 10,000lbs. We sincerely apologize for this clerical error and it has been resolved.2. There was no spare tire with the truck. RESOLUTION - We have ordered a spare tire and will install on August 6th.3. The customer states that there is a popping sound when he shifts. We set a service appointment for Friday July 25th, the customer did not keep the appointment or call. RESOLUTION - I called the customer this morning and we have set another appointment for August 6th at the customers request (he will be on vacation at that time).
