Review: I purchased some hair from diva beauty and went to return it because it was not up to par to use. I was speaking with the owners 12 yr. Old daughter about getting a refund the child then called someone else over who could barely speak English to tell me there was a no refund policy. I couldn't understand so the manager immediately butted in rudely to inform me of the policy which was hidden under a sign about them closing. I then said I will not need anything out of the store by the time the closed in September, so she took my number down just to call me and tell me I was rude and she would not refund me nor did I get my store credit and hung up in my face.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded because the store is closing soon and I will not have time to take advantage of a store credit.
