Review: I pre-purchased a dog collar at the Super Pet Expo in [redacted] on February *, 2015 from Diva Dog Pet Boutique and Barkery ([redacted]). I was told by Francesca-P**-K[redacted] that the size I needed for my small dog was not in stock and she said she would have it made and ship the collar out to my residence. I still have the receipt I received from Diva Dog Pet Boutique in the amount of $12.00 in which I pre-paid the collar at the Super Pet Expo in [redacted]. I waited 3 weeks and did not receive the collar. I never received the dog collar, so I contacted Ms. K[redacted] and she advised me that she was busy planning her sister's wedding and said she would refund me the $12.00 by check and mail the check to my residence. Ms. K[redacted] never sent me a refund check in the amount of $12.00. I emailed her and contacted her by phone, she refuses to contact me to issue a refund of $12.00. Ms. K[redacted] is ignoring my phone calls and emails. Personally, I feel this is a disrespectful way to run a business.Desired Settlement: I never received the pet collar I ordered for my dog. I pre-paid 12.00 for it so all I want is my refund for $12.00 back. Please issue me a check in the amount of $12.00.
Review: I attended The Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo on Friday January [redacted] and placed an order (which I have receipt for) with Diva Dog Designs for $50.00 of custom dog collars. I pre-paid for the order and an agreement was made for me to pick them up at [redacted] Pet Expo on Saturday January [redacted]. I received a voicemail the morning of the [redacted] that the [redacted] of Diva Dog Design had sprained her ankle and could not attend the show. She then told me that the items were put in the mail and I should receive them in a few days. On February [redacted] I still had not received my order so I sent an email inquiring about the order. I received a reply email stating she did not mail them out due to weather and her injury but they were mailed Friday February [redacted] and I should be receiving them in a couple of days. As of today Saturday February [redacted], I still have not received my order, I emailed Diva Dog Designs again on February [redacted] and on February [redacted] for mailing/tracking information with no reply. I am not the only customer with this complaint. I went on Diva Dog Designs [redacted] page and the [redacted] has other inquiries from customers with the same complaint and a variety of different excuses were given as to why orders were not received. I am out $50.00 for an order I placed from who I thought was a trustful buisness.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for the order I placed if I am not going to receive my order.
