Here's a shout out to [redacted] at Diva Hair, for giving me a weave that has self destructed and disintegrated within ONE week! And yes, I use Joico shampoo and conditioner, ColourProof leave in conditioning oil, and heat protectantWithin one week, the back has started to tangle and matt and almost dread itself within minutes of brushing it outThe entire back of my heads "weave tracks" have fallen out as wellThis is all within a week! Not to mention, when I went home, he had cut my bangs unevenly (the middle was lower), the right side of my hair was at least inches shorterHis idea of layers was "steps" which only blended each track of hair into each otherSo essentially, I had untrimmed, long, wig like-extensionsWhat a nice look So after a weekend of trying to brush my hair, trying to condition it more to prevent the breakage, matts and [redacted] from happening, I decided to message him today to see if he could help, and also add real LAYERS to my hair and make the right and left side even After trying to brush it out all day, I decided to go in to get them removed Off the hop, he starts screaming at my mother and IWe were calm and polite, just asked for either a removal, or to fix the weave to be properScreaming at me is fine, but not my motherThe entire time I got my weave put in he was bragging about how rich he was, and how he needs NOBODIES moneyYet he wanted to CHARGE me to remove the [redacted] weave, and wouldn't even give a partial refund Now I am "BANNED" from Diva Hair, for just asking for my weave to be fixed He also lied about having a salon in NYC, and TorontoAlso, Joico doesn't know who he isHe claims to be a famous designer for JoicoGoogle [redacted] ....nothing! Instead of offering a solution to help, he screamed at me and my mother, and started calling us liars and told us we were banned from ever coming back So please ladies, don't give this man your businessShare this post to spread the knowledge, Diva Hair on Broadway is a giant ***! Worst hair salon and customer service I have ever receivedJason, the owner said the extensions would last 3-monthsThe first day they began shedding everywhere! After the first wash they began falling outAfter day they were so ratty and thin I had to take them outI spent on the hair! Not only was I very unimpressed with the hair, I was unimpressed with the ownerWhen I mentioned the problem, he did not offer an apology or a solutionInstead, he deleted me from the Facebook page so I could no longer contact him!! Worst experience I have ever received from any one or any salon

Worst hair salon and customer service I have ever received. Jason, the owner said the extensions would last 3-4 months. The first day they began shedding everywhere! After the first wash they began falling out. After day 20 they were so ratty and thin I had to take them out. I spent 1000 on the hair! Not only was I very unimpressed with the hair, I was unimpressed with the owner. When I mentioned the problem, he did not offer an apology or a solution. Instead, he deleted me from the Facebook page so I could no longer contact him!! Worst experience I have ever received from any one or any salon.

His idea of layers was "steps" which only blended each track of hair into each other. So essentially, I had untrimmed, long, wig like-extensions. What a nice look.

He also lied about having a salon in NYC, and Toronto. Also, Joico doesn't know who he is. He claims to be a famous designer for Joico. Google [redacted]....nothing!
Instead of offering a solution to help, he screamed at me and my mother, and started calling us liars and told us we were banned from ever coming back.
