Review: Owner claims she does not accept returns or exchanges even though she has a hand written sign on her wall showing only store credit is offered. She said she has had bad experiences so all purchases are final. I asked then what about the policy on the wall which she said didnt matter.Desired Settlement: I want item to be exchanged for store credit or whatever else offered. owner needs to honor whatever ppolicy being showed on her wall. Yes state of ct requires your policy listed doesnt matter what but she should honor it. False advertising. Misleading.

In response to letter I have faxed you a PRINTED COPY of the store return policy. Policy signs are at register and on wall behind checkout. Customer was past return 14 day period.
