My name is NhatI am the point of contact for Diva NailsI have spoken to the employees that worked on Mrs [redacted] and the manager We understand that there have been a complaint made by her about her experience at Diva NailsDiva Nails take our customer experience very seriously and took care of Mrs [redacted] to the best of our abilitiesMrs [redacted] came into Diva Nails requested an Express Pedicure ($30) and a gel full set, not a manicure gelA gel full set mean Gel Powder (tougher than regular powder) acrylic nails with Gel Polish on top ($45)Mrs [redacted] asked for extra long artificial nails which requires extra products ($extra)She also had excessive cuticles that she asked to be removed ($extra)Normally when a full set is put on, machine filling of the nails and cuticle take place reducing the need for cuticle trimmingThis is the same anywhere you goExtra work on the cuticle requires an addition cost for our timeEspecially when Mrs [redacted] cuticles needed a lot of workMrs [redacted] then requested to have designs on all ten of her nails with glitter ($extra)Her total for the full set came to be $All original prices and additional cost was reported to Mrs [redacted] before we proceed to meet her demandsHer total for the whole service came to be $which she happily paid without any complaintsWe were informed that Mrs [redacted] was getting her nails done for her wedding so we tried to provide her with the best service possible for her special dayAbout ten days later, Mrs [redacted] came back to Diva Nails with complaints that she was unhappy with the work doneWe listened and understood her frustrationsWanting Mrs [redacted] to be satisfied, we gave her a gift card of $30; even though we generally do not give refunds in any form, of which she accepted and left in a happy moodWe value our customers greatly here at DivaWe do not understand the reason to which Mrs [redacted] had made a complaint against us after our effort to meet her needsDiva Nails wish to resolve any complaints by our clients and strive to provide them better service everydayWe feel very unfortunate that she felt swindled by us as all services we provide are market value and fair to our customers and our cost of operationSincerely, Nhat [redacted] Diva Nail Spa [redacted] Edina MN

Her total for the whole service came to be $95 which she happily paid without any complaints. We were informed that Mrs. [redacted] was getting her nails done for her wedding so we tried to provide her with the best service possible for her special day. About ten days later, Mrs. [redacted] came back to Diva Nails with complaints that she was unhappy with the work done. We listened and understood her frustrations. Wanting Mrs. [redacted] to be satisfied, we gave her a gift card of $30; even though we generally do not give refunds in any form, of which she accepted and left in a happy mood. We value our customers greatly here at Diva. We do not understand the reason to which Mrs. [redacted] had made a complaint against us after our effort to meet her needs.
