Good morning [redacted] ***, I am so sorry for the delay of the response because I just very busy and out of town for a month My name is ***, manager of the Diva Nails Salon in [redacted] According to our record, I was noticed that the Amanda Solis came to my salon in June and have the Eyelash Extension doneI was there on the date she was inThe reason why the dermal piercing was removed is the accident of removing the tape on her eyesShe was be back in minutes to let me know about this problem and I DID APOLOGY HER RIGHT AWAYI also promised that I will return $( as she said) to replace it again But days later, she brought in her husband or boyfriend came to my salon and acting like they are wanting more money I did not know exactly how much they want us to pay I called the owner and he decided not paying anything because of her boyfriend's attitude and behaviorHe was saying very loud in my shop, threatening my customers, and keep saying bad words in publicShe was saying I didnot saying any thing to sorry her ? I feel so sorry about this, she's a big liar We have the recordings of the date she first came in, we have a tape to proved that our conversation at the first time was very politeShe also thanks me a lot for helping her I am very happy to give her back $because it was our fault, but unfortunately, she and her boyfriend want it more, I didnot know exactly how much they want, They asked for the GAS of driving back and forward ? She was be back in 5 minutes to let me know about this problem and I DID APOLOGY HER RIGHT AWAY. I also promised that I will return $40 ( as she said) to replace it again But 2 days later, she brought in her husband or boyfriend came to my salon and acting like they are wanting more money.  I did not know exactly how much they want us to pay I called the owner and he decided not paying anything because of her boyfriend's attitude and behavior. He was saying very loud in my shop, threatening my customers, and keep saying bad words in public. She was saying I didnot saying any thing to sorry her ?
