After going to this nail shop for the last months and using the same services of Pedicure and Overlay on nails with paint and design....Tonight the choose to say that I can't get my frequent customer card stamped and use the military discount at the same time...Mind you there has never been a problem before and there is nothing posted....Then they charged me a dollar charge for using the dryer to dry my feet which is also connected the the hand dryer that I have used in the pastThere is no postings on new rules or changes as of January 1st and I was just in there on December 20thI feel that this is bad business to change the rules without notifying the customer and me end up paying dollars for a service that I have been getting for I am very angry and after speaking to the manager, once she took my payment she couldn't care less about trying to rectify the issueI feel that they are cheating people out of their money and frauding them with the frequent cust card seeing as this is a military dominated city

I feel that this is bad business to change the rules without notifying the customer and me end up paying 100 dollars for a service that I have been getting for 60. I am very angry and after speaking to the manager, once she took my payment she couldn't care less about trying to rectify the issue. I feel that they are cheating people out of their money and frauding them with the frequent cust card seeing as this is a military dominated city.
