I had permanent eyeliner put on and the lower lids look really bad Apparently the dye leaked lower than it should have Gemma told me it was just a bruise and would go awayIt is now almost years ago that I had it done The "bruise" on both eyes has never gone away I asked her to reimburse me the $and she refused She said she would repair it I certainly don't trust her to touch me again Besides the bruising, the rest of the eyeliner was done very poorly also
