My wife and I rent from devald homes. We have been in our current place going on our second year. They don't repair any thing unless you complain long enough. You have to jump through hoops to get your utility bills and when you finally get it, its past due and about to be terminated. They are rude when you try to resolve issues. If we could afford to move we would have long ago!
