I ordered online with Divas Blvd. My credit card was charged immediately and I never received the product I ordered. At this point, I have received 1 response over 2 weeks ago that I would be receiving a shipment confirmation the next day (which I still have not rec'd). I sent several emails since and made multiple attempts to contact via Facebook and was never acknowledged. They do not have a phone number listed so I cannot call them.Desired Settlement: I really want the hat it is beautiful but if they cannot ship a good quality product right away; Just refund my money, please.
Review: I ordered a shirt from Diva's Boulevard on April 30, 2014. I entered the correct shipping address. However, the shipping address that Diva's Boulevard used was wrong, entered incorrectly by them. As a result of their error, my order did not arrive and was supposed to a Mother's Day gift. I repeatedly emailed them to get the order mailed to correct address, but they did nothing. Eventually the shirt, that had been shipped all over California but not to me, was returned to the vendor. They said they would ship it if returned to them and they did not. I asked for my money back and there was no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my $31.14 refunded. I paid for a product that was not delivered and the error is with the vendor.
Review: I placed an order for several items on 2/19/15 and when I finally received the package from Diva's Boulevard, one of the shirts they sent me was the wrong size. I have emailed them several times regarding sending me the correct size but they will not respond to my emails. They do not provide a phone number to call, only an email address but I can't get anyone to either refund my money or send me the correct size that I ordered. I looked up the address in White Pages and called the phone number associated with that address and the gentlemen that I spoke to said this was not the correct address and he is not affiliated with that company but he said that people called him all the time looking for that company. Something is very fishy with this company! Please help!!!Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money back. I ordered this shirt in February for my son's tball team, but tball is now over.
