I had permanent eyeliner put on and the lower lids look really bad. Apparently the dye leaked lower than it should have. Gemma told me it was just a bruise and would go away. It is now almost 2 years ago that I had it done. The "bruise" on both eyes has never gone away. I asked her to reimburse me the $300.00 and she refused. She said she would repair it. I certainly don't trust her to touch me again. Besides the bruising, the rest of the eyeliner was done very poorly also.
