My daughter and I are truly disappointed with the professionalism and accountability of Sheena Land her "Staff"This is not a letter that I ever wanted to write about anyone in our communities, who claim to want to make a difference in the lives of our young womenI was left with no choice after communicating with Miss Lfor all of 4-months to try and rectify this unfortunate situationI am all out of answers as to what should be doneMaybe after you read our email/text interactions you will have a solutionPrayerfully, this will keep others from experiencing what my daughter has with DIVA INC

This morning my year old daughter Dreama and I , along with my 10moold son, arrived at the "Leadership Summit" and there was no one available to greet us from your "staff" until 10:a.mI failed to get her name but she stated that she was going to print some paperwork and come backWe waited an additional 10-minfor her to do that and when she returned she did not have the paperwork for us to fill outShe stated that you were in Florida and that she was filling inBy the disorganization I would say this morning?
I also did not recvan official letter from you with your program outlined, activities, etcnor the text message that I received (just this morning) to bring lunch After waiting another minfor the other girls to show; she talked to you on the phone and apparently your communications with the group of girls that were supposed to arrive got crossed upThis should not be our concern
MsL., I am a kind and polite person and I was to your friend that so kindly showed up for you this morningHowever, I drove minutes to be there because I thought this would be a wonderful program for my daughter to attendShe was disappointed and so am IAfter spending time with the youth, education and having a husband who has done the same; we are seriously perplexed with how OUR community devalues professionalism
