Ms [redacted] ordered our Cambodian Curly hairThe lengths that she wanted had to be ordered from our main supplierI had previously spoke with Ms***, when we talked on the phone the customer stated that she wanted to return the hair because she did not like the texture of the hair because she compared it to a purchased she made with a different supplierI explained to the customer that not everyone orders from the same vendor so therefore everyone's hair is not the sameWe sent her what she ordered on our websiteI also explained to her that we don't exchange or refund hair because of sanitary purposesThe customer was sent the exact lengths that she ordered

Because, the merchandise you send me is also incorrect I purchased different length and I got only inches You also mentioned that you only accept returns if products are damaged I washed ha as you instructed for length and it tangled You did not send me what I purchased, and your shipping was late and I spoke to you about these things You may have cheat me but someone else will point the same issues out This company has advertisement and poor productsRegards,
