After I raised this issue again with DiveAssure, I filed this complaint on Revdex.comAfter that, I received a notification from DiveAssure that the issue has finally been resolvedI tested it myself, and sure enough I could no longer see other
customer's profile information when I change the ID # in the URLWhile I don't understand why it took them so many years to fix something that is relatively easier (I'm a programmer myself), I applaud DiveAssure for their swift action
